SAFETY TRAINING

At Safety Steps OHS Consultancy, we design OHS programs that are interactive, relevant, and effective focusing on empowering people with the knowledge and skills to stay safe in the workplace. We also focus on practical training that include scenario-based learning, group discussions and practical demos with the aim to achieve measurable outcomes.

RISK ASSESSMENT

At Safety Steps OHS Consultancy, we are committed risk assessments as to ensure good and healthy work environment for our clients mainly focusing on identifying hazards (Chemical spills, falls and electrical risks), evaluate the risk, implement control measures, as well as to monitor and review, the goal is to proactively mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

We also focus on assessing the risks of slips, trip and fall, manual handling injuries, fire hazards, stress and fatigue.  We identify potential hazards, assess who’s at risk and put controls in place to mitigate those risks.

INCIDENT REPORT

At Safety Steps OHS Consultancy, we are committed to work hand to hand with our clients on reporting safety incidents that typically captures what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved, what caused it, what actions were taken immediately, and implementation of recommendation for prevention in future.

We also assist our clients to report safety incident to the Labour Department in line with COID (Compensation for Occupational injuries and Diseases) when incident resulted to either occupational diseases, injuries or death, or 24hours hospitalization of employee(s) with fully detailed paperwork as to follow the protocol.

INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

At Safety Steps OHS Consultancy, we have specific incident investigating techniques where all steps are taken to identify the root cause of incidents and accidents.

We are committed on working with integrity ensuring the best results of incident analysis and also recommend what continuous steps/action to be taken to prevent the future occurrence. We also regularly monitor the effectiveness of controls by tracking incidents, compliance check and reports review as well as feedback loops.
